The reviews scared me a bit before my trip, but we went anyway. I'm glad we did, because we had a great time. The office is across the street from the building itself. Pros: Jim the concierge was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and informative. Very helpful. Parking isn't bad, and you're in a garage. You're within walking distance to a lot of things, including trolley stops. You have essentially all of your necessities in the room. There are decks high enough to see both the sunrise and sunset Very family friendly. Cons: Be wary about the Waterpark thing, because unless you are an Arcadia, RCI, etc. member, you only get one pass per room (two for a large suite). There is a door that connects one suite to another (unless you got both). You will hear everything from the other side of that door, including people swearing at their children. You are not allowed to use the pool during Waterpark hours unless you have a Waterpark pass. There's like a 30 dollar PER DAY fee. For a week it was around 200 on TOP of the regular price of the hotel. Keep this in mind. The Waterpark goers are loud. You will know when its open and when it closes based on sound alone. However, theyre not open late so its not terrible.
This is a well-managed, clean facility. Close to the beach (2 blocks) Beds are comfortable, harbor views, waterpark attached, garage parking. This was a convenient location for us to call home for 12 days. Will definitely be back. Very kid/family friendly.
Cold weather so didn’t get much use out of it. Staff are very polite and the place is clean. The gift shop has about three items to choose from. The pool is included but the water slides and lazy river cost about $12 for a day pass.
Condo is beautiful. We're on the eighth floor with beautiful views of the waterway and gulf. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and beach. The condo is beautifully appointed. We're looking forward to our stay.
Great location Great Breakfast Rooms Are big and really nice with a beautiful view of the marina customer service was outstanding Russell was very nice and helped us out tremendously and made our stay here amazing the kids absolutely loved the water park and mini golf !!!
Wonderful place! Refreshed and very clean! Wonderful staff with good service. We had two bedrooms condo with pool view. The condo has everything you need, with washer and dryer. The kitchen was nice and clean. Beautiful and quiet beach in 2 min away. The water park was great! Good place for vacation! We like it! Will be back!
Beautiful condo that's a terrific value if you don't need a view of the beach. But we did have a great view of The intercoastal water way and the waterpark.
This place rocked! Very clean, updated, huge, premium channels and the view of the ocean from our balcony is wow. There's not enough time to tell you how great this place is. Would be better IF the price was cheaper.
